Before launching
- Get Steam playtest access and install the game from your Library.
- Launch March of Giants and complete the Ubisoft Connect account prompt.
- Use your existing Ubisoft account if you have one, or create an account before entering the game.
- If account sign-in or linking fails, use Ubisoft Support rather than the game’s Bug Reporter.

Account or authentication issue
Open Ubisoft Support for account access, sign-in, linking or authentication help. This route handles Ubisoft account services. A game bug report will not substitute for account support.
Before reporting a problem that occurs after launch, compare your PC with the system requirements. Separate an inability to authenticate from a crash or visual problem inside a match. That distinction determines who should receive the issue.
Game bug or crash
Use the March of Giants Bug Reporter for issues inside the game. You need to sign in with your Ubisoft Connect account to submit a report. Include the action that led to the issue and what happened so the report describes a reproducible situation.
Twitch boost and gameplay feedback
The Twitch route to the Pioneer boost requires linking Twitch to the Ubisoft account and watching participating streams while logged in. The Discord booster is an alternative route to the same benefit.
For feedback about Soldier control, Battleworks, match pacing or builds, use the official community channels. Describe the match situation and why the interaction helped or frustrated you; reserve the Bug Reporter for unexpected game behavior.
