Read render scale with the resolution

The minimum target pairs 1080p output with 75% render scale and Low quality. The recommended target pairs 1440p with 100% render scale and High quality. Compare the whole target, not just the display resolution or the GPU name.

These specifications are targets rather than a guarantee for every PC configuration, and PC requirements can evolve. A faster GPU alone does not remove the CPU, memory, operating-system or connection requirements.

Installation checklist

  • Check the model names of your processor and graphics card, plus available RAM.
  • Leave at least 15 GB available for the game.
  • Use a 64-bit Windows 10 or Windows 11 system with DirectX 12.
  • Keep a broadband connection available while playing.
  • Finish Steam access and Ubisoft Connect setup before your first session.

Other devices and technical problems

For PS5, Xbox, Mac, Linux and Steam Deck questions, use the platform support matrix. If the game crashes or behaves unexpectedly, the support guide distinguishes the game’s Bug Reporter from account and authentication support.
